Lobster Bisque, $16

Slightly sweet and oh so rich, a wonderful starter.


Cranberry Port Wine Meatballs, $12 a pound

Perfect starter before the main event.


Beef Tenderloin with Peppercorn Cream Sauce , $22 a pound, 1 pound minimum

Marinated and grilled to a medium rare, left unsliced.  We recommend 4-6 oz a person.


Carl’s Famous Fried Turkey Breasts , $45 - $48 serves 8-10

A 7-8 pound bone in turkey breast with your choice of a Honey Pecan coating or a SPICED Creole injection.


Traditional Southern Turkey Gravy, quart $12

Southern white gravy to accompany your bird.


Boursin Creamed Kale and Spinach Casserole, sm $15, med $25, lg $40

Fresh Tuscan Kale and spinach cooked with garlic and sweet onions and mixed with a cheesy béchamel and topped with panko and breadcrumbs.


Parmesan Garlic Baby Carrots, quart $15.00

Roasted baby carrots with olive oil and parmesan…even your kids will enjoy!


Brannen’s Squash Casserole, sm $14, med $24, lg $30

A mellow blend of yellow squash, mixed with sweet onions, Parmesan, cheddar, and a buttery Ritz cracker topping.


 Mama Jo’s Cornbread Dressing, sm $12, lg $20

Herb seasoned corn bread, cooked with onions, celery, and homemade chicken broth.


Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Butternut Squash, and Onions sm $14, med $24, lg $30

Roasted and seasoned vegetables topped with a sweet pomegranate glaze.


Braised Southern Collard Greens, quart $12

Cooked in a seasoned chicken broth with ham and garlic.


Truffled Mac-n-Cheese, sm $14, med $24, lg $30

Southern style with cheddar and eggs, made a little bit fancy with a hint of truffle. 


FOJ House Jalapeno Cornbread Muffins, $6 for 6, $12 for 12

Our signature muffin with cheddar and jalapenos…great for sopping up the gravy!


Griselda’s 2 Layered Banana Pudding Cake, $8 per pound, about $20 for small, $30 for large

A yellow cake layered with a whipped pastry cream, fresh bananas, and nilla wafers.


Griselda’s  Tiramisu…so so good! $10.50 per pound, about $45 for half pan, 12 person serving

Traditional coffee liquor soaked ladyfinger dessert with mascarpone & ricotta.


Natasha’s Chocolate Chess Pie $20.00

No nuts here, just rich chocolatey goodness.


Italian Cream Cake, $8.50 per pound, about $35 for a small, about $50 for large

A lovely cake of walnuts and coconut, slathered in cream cheese and chopped pecans.
