Butternut Squash Soup, quart $14

Roasted seasoned squash and apples pureed with a touch of cream and a hint of ginger. 

 

Pecan Craisin Blue Cheese Ball, $10.50 a pound, Crackers $4

Blue and cream cheese blend with craisins, pecans, green onions, and spices.

 

Carl’s Famous Fried Turkey Breasts, $45 - $48 serves 8-10

A 6-7 pound bone in turkey breast, fried, with your choice of a Honey Pecan coating or a SPICED Creole injection.

 

Cranberry Sauce, pint $6

Orange zest and port wine infused.

 

Traditional Southern Turkey Gravy, quart $12 

Made from drippings, flour, and stock.

 

Maria’s Boursin Creamed Spinach and Kale Casserole, sm $15, med $25, lg $40

Fresh Tuscan kale and spinach cooked with garlic and sweet onions and mixed with a cheesy béchamel and topped with panko and breadcrumbs.

 

Gingered Baby Carrots, quart $15.00 

Roasted baby carrots with butter and honey and tossed with mint and ginger…even your kids will enjoy!

 

Balsamic Glazed Sweet Potato, Butternut Squash, and Brussels Sprouts, sm$14, med$24, lg$30

Diced with onions and herbs and glazed with sweet balsamic.

 

 Southern Green Bean Casserole, sm $14, med $24, lg $30

Fresh green beans, mushrooms, and herbs in a cream sauce with fried onions and panko.

 

Brittany’s Squash Casserole, sm $14, med $24, lg $30

A mellow blend of yellow squash, mixed with sweet onions, Parmesan, cheddar, and a buttery Ritz cracker topping.

 

 Mama Jo’s Cornbread Dressing, sm $12, lg $20

Herb seasoned corn bread, cooked with onions, celery, and homemade chicken broth.

 

Braised Southern Collard Greens, quart $12

Cooked in a seasoned chicken broth with ham and garlic. 

 

FOJ House Jalapeno Cornbread Muffins, $7.50 for 6, $15 for 12

Our signature muffin with cheddar and jalapenos…great for sopping up the gravy!

 

Griselda’s Pumpkin Tiramisu…so so good! $10 per pound, about $45 for large pan, 12 person serving

Traditional coffee liquor soaked ladyfinger dessert with mascarpone & pumpkin.

 

Pumpkin Cheesecake, $9 per pound, about $50 for 10”, 12 person serving, $30 for 6”, 4 person serving

Nicely spiced pumpkin cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.

 

Natasha’s Apple Pie,  $24

Double crusted and piled high, a nice mix of pink lady apples and granny smiths.

 

Chocolate Pecan Chess Pie, $18.00

Rich chocolate and Georgia pecans…all you need is the ice cream.
